Fulfilling the Need for Therapists

Having trouble finding a therapist?

Great speech, occupational and physical therapists are hard to come by and even harder to keep on staff.  In the home health care industry therapists have a wonderful advantage, there is a high volume of patients and lower number of therapists.

Today skilled therapists can be choosy about where and who they work for, which in our opinion is a good thing!

Our company is founded and run by a PT who has spent several years developing relationships with other phenomenal therapists, who are experts at what they do.  Because of that, we are proud to say we are fully staffed with exceptional speech, occupational and physical therapists.

We are reaching out to assist other agencies to fulfill their staffing needs in the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

If we can be of service to you and your agency please contact our office.

Nursing homes using less antipsychotics and more patient-centered care…

This new data update from CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) reflects what we’ve always believed, that there’s a great need for mental health intervention in home care.  Many patients need this service just as much, if not more than their skilled service (SN, PT, OT, ST).

Hopefully in the future we will see dementia and other behavioral health issues treated with more of a patient-centered care plan and with less antipshchotic drugs .

Ultimately our focus is on the total well-being of our patients, physically and mentally.
